Layer Gallery Availability
Layer Gallery Availability allows you to control which layers from the Layer Gallery are available to end users when they add new layers to their map. This feature provides granular control over layer visibility and access, ensuring users only see relevant layers for their specific use case.
Overview
The Layer Gallery Availability interface provides several tools to manage layer access:
- Search functionality: Quickly find specific layers using the search box
 - Filter by group: Organize and filter layers by their assigned groups
 - Bulk selection controls: Select or deselect multiple layers at once
 - Future layer control: Automatically include new layers as they become available

Interface Controls
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Search layers | Text field to search for specific layers by name |
| Filter By Group | Dropdown to filter layers by their assigned group categories |
| Select All | Enables all layers currently visible in the filtered view |
| Deselect All | Disables all layers currently visible in the filtered view |
| Allow all Current and Future Layers | When checked, automatically enables any new layers added to the gallery in the future |
Layer Cards
Each layer is displayed as a card containing:
- Layer preview: Visual representation with the Dataverse icon and styling
 - Layer name: The display name of the layer (e.g., Account, Contact, Bookings)
 - Layer type: Indicates the source type (e.g., "Dataverse Layers")
 - Description: Brief description of what the layer represents
 - Enable/Disable button: Toggle to control layer availability for users
